Welcome to Froth! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using our website and purchasing products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ordering from Us

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian if under 18.
A contract is formed once we have confirmed your order by email.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and refund you promptly.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payments through third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments. Your payment details are handled securely by these providers — we do not store or have access to your card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to process your order within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times may vary if affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays).
If we cannot deliver your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, small variations in colour, design, or packaging may occur.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All content on this website (including text, images, and branding) belongs to Froth unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
